4. Consumption of Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is believed to reduce vomiting or nausea in pregnant women. Some foods that contain vitamin B6 include whole grains, fruits, whole grains, and fish.

5. Take Anti-Nausea Drugs

If nausea and vomiting are very bothersome, the doctor will usually prescribe anti-nausea drugs taken daily. This medicine should only be taken when nausea and vomiting are intolerable.
